To our Generous Donors,

You are an important member of the CDGA Foundation family. We value this opportunity to check in and keep you informed. These are trying times and unchartered territory for the global community, and the CDGA Foundation is no exception.

We are closely monitoring the situation regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), and our primary focus is doing our best to safeguard the health and well-being of the individuals served by our programs, their families, you and all of our other supporters. Here are the steps we are taking to prioritize safety and health during these trying times:
  • As it relates to decisions on CDGA and CDGA Foundation programs, events and activities, we are relying on information, guidelines and regulations from the international, national and local health organizations and administrators. Our various golf programs for individuals with special needs, veterans and youth are on hold through April. We are working with all of our groups and will closely monitor the situation. We look forward to having everyone back in programming when it is safe to do so!
  • The health and safety of our donors is also of utmost importance to the CDGA Foundation. Our first fundraising event of the year, the 12th CDGA Foundation Golf Marathon, was originally scheduled for Saturday, May 16. However, at this time, we have made the decision to postpone this event, with the hopes of rescheduling to late summer or early fall date. More information will be released in the future. We are assessing our other events and will continue to provide updates as we have them.
  • From home, our staff is working remotely, preparing for a prosperous golf season of programming for the individuals we serve! As a nonprofit organization, the CDGA Foundation will continue to focus on carrying out our core mission and we thank you for your support in these uncertain times.
